The Show: Murder At Trail's End
The Location: Ghost Town Museum, Colorado Springs
The Audience: BE&K Engineering

Ghost Town is a great place for a Western show. It was once an engine house for the Midland Railroad, which in the 1890's connected Colorado Springs with the gold fields in and around Cripple Creek. Today it's filled with antiques and reconstructed shops. Add catering and tables and it accomodates both dinner and entertainment.

A nice bunch of guys and dolls...

Got together one night...

In support of certain society-type people...

And although some disputations arose amongst them...

... a good time was had by all, especially as it was in support of the good folks who are tryin' ta maintain the history of steelmaking in Pueblo.
The Show: Murder On Safari

The Audience: The Public

Smile for the camera...

... the show must go on, no matter what.
The Show: Murder Speaks Easy
The Location: YMCA Snow Mountain Ranch
The Audience: Chugh Firm
Smile for the Campers
Before a show begins, we get into costume and character, then mingle with the audience during dinner. But this time the audience itself was mixed in with the regular campers in the dining hall at YMCA's Snow Mountain Ranch near Granby, CO. This earned us some surprised looks from the regulars. In a situation like that, we just mostly stay in character ("hey, how you doin'?)" and keep moving.
Smile for History
We love it when the audience gets into period costume.
Rima...
was our hostess from Chugh Firm.
The Chugh Firm...
... is an international corporation specializing in law and finance. Mr. Navneet Chugh, the Sikh gentleman in the back row, is its Managing Partner.
Chugh has offices all over the world, so they regularly get together to coordinate and have fun. Surprisingly, they have no offices in Colorado.
After the show - a party!
We tend not think of lawyers and CPA's as dancers, but the Chugh folks are all pretty good. None of us could keep up with them - until we got Heidi out on the dance floor.
The next morning - snow!
It's still September, but the mountains are already showing the promise of winter.
